Roger M. Groves is the founding President and CEO of ESSAID, INC.  Mr. Groves is a former tax judge, partner in a 100-person law firm, senior advisor to a 70-person law firm and retired law professor. He has graded hundreds of essays and incorporates key recommendations from college admissions officers who review applications for admission. Professor Groves has published books, nine law review articles on tax and business issues, and has been a Forbes contributing author. He has provided career counseling services for high school, college, and law school students, as well as young lawyers.
